Agenda:

This session will stop at the key signposts on the road to a full understanding of breast cancer. We'll start with a quick anatomy lesson, then move on through evaluation, the fine points of staging, usual treatment and appropriate follow up. Throughout the trip real cases will map out how an underwriter puts it all together to get to the "right" destination.

Pricing for ALU Webinars is based on the number of computer connections purchased in a single registration session. The pricing is determined by the fee we are charged by WebEx per connection to administer the webinar. A Webinar site includes the computer connection for viewing onscreen content and a telephone connection for listening to the audio content and participating in the question-and-answer session.

2010 ALU Webinar pricing:
1 - 5 Webinar sites: US$75.00 per site for all sites
6 - 10 Webinar sites: US$65.00 per site for all Webinar sites
11 or more Webinar sites: US$60.00 per site for all Webinar sites

Payment for ALU Webinars may be made by credit card - MasterCard, VISA or American Express.

You will be asked to create an ALU contact information account if you have not done so before, or to log into your ALU account. Since PayPal is the credit card processor for all ALU credit card transactions, you also will be asked to create a PayPal account if you have not done so before, or to log into your PayPal account for payment. A PayPal account will allow you to reprint receipts for your Webinar registration at a later date. However, if you wish to register without establishing a PayPal account, you may do so.

Once registration is complete, you will receive detailed information about Webex, our Web Conferencing host, and the process for signing into the Webinar.
