To access the current issue (and back issues), paid OTR subscribers and paid members of AHOU and CIU must be logged in. See the Log In box on the left side of your browser screen.
If you are unable to log in, it may be that OTR did not have your current or correct e-mail address. Please send an e-mail to
ontherisk@alu-web.com to have OTR verify your paid subscription and send you the username and password to use for online access.
Once logged in, click on OTR Online Issue Browser and you will be able to view PDF copies of all articles in recent issues back to September 2004 by clicking on the links from the article name in the tables of contents for each issue. There is a drop-down menu allowing you to select the issue you wish to browse. Click "SEARCH" to bring that issue up.
For articles prior to September 2004, an e-mail will be sent to OTR requesting that a PDF copy be e-mailed to you. OTR Online did not exist prior to September 2004 and a PDF of these articles must be created or scanned.
If you encounter problems or error messages attempting to open PDF files, try these solutions:
1) install the latest version of Acrobat Reader from Adobe Systems -
2) check your web browser security settings; web browsers set in high security mode, not allowing java-script or asynch post backs, may not permit opening PDFs at this website. This is especially common with corporate web browsers. Solutions involve using one's web browser security settings tools (i.e., Internet Explorer security and advanced options). If using a corporate web browser, your Systems Security Department may be able to help.
